By taking the best of both, Lure is with you on your shopping journey from start to finish. Helping you find a product, and interact with the store prior to arrival and enabling products to be ready for a ‘click & collectʼ and the service to be unlike any other.

We treat everyone equal as we’ve walked in our customers shoes. We’re that friend you can count on, we’re always there and we care about showing you whats best. We use offbeat humour and playful language to create something fun, but rooted deeply in empathy and giving the important advice, right when it is needed the most.

We’re clear, empathetic and witty. Our humour a little short and sharp, but never inappropriate or rude. We want that little chuckle from a customer as they interact with some elements. Maybe they took a wrong turn on our app, or we couldn't find stock for the product they are looking for. It’s ok, Lure has your back and its no biggie.

We’re usually pretty informal, we want our experiences to be fun, and not taken too seriously. But there is money involved, and we need to communicate that were trusted and safe. Informative in a casual sense and deeply rooted in reliability.

While we’re dealing primarily with millennials, it doesn’t mean we pick up their bad habits...Let’s use correct grammar and punctuation, and please... No sTrAnGe FoRmaTting or excessive exclamation!!!!
